		<description>gotta love the guilt factor in technically knowing how to do something, but not doing it because you&#039;ve hired people smarter than you to do it even better.

as the technical side of a co-foundership in Gnip, this balance has been a tough one.

haven&#039;t read the black swan yet, but, not sure about the coding analogy. I&#039;ve always thought of software as an art, rather than a trade.</description>
