Can an app help you develop habits? For the last year I’ve been using the Lift iPhone app to track (and motivate) my life habits. Here is a talk I gave at the Quantified Self Meetup a couple weeks ago when I went back and looked at the results of my year. I tell how I started, explain the habits I tracked, show the data and how life events (like travel and sickness) affected my habits. The last half is a great Q&A session with the audience.
